DESCRIPTION / TASTING NOTE


Made with bunches of Tempranillo grapes. Selection by hand, bunch by bunch, selection tables by vibration and weight. Grape destemmed without crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and combination with the traditional style of the grapes gives this wine a strong personality, making it different from the wines of its kind.
